Confirm that the request concerns Licensed private universities, private colleges, and foreign university branches and falls within the scope of Cancel a program.

Complete the request form
Complete the Program Cancellation Request Form accurately and review the institution and related-party information.

Prepare the attachments
Collect the 2 required attachments and confirm that each is clear, current, and consistent with the request.

Submit and follow up
Send the request through the approved official channel and address any feedback. Published timing: 30 business days from a complete request.
